Mountain Biking by Yucay Maras and Salineras

Well welcomed activity in the modern context of tourism that allows us to visit archaeological places and to observe and to enjoy the natural beauty of our region. Excursions for different routes are offered which vary in duration, depending on the experience, technical and physical level of the participants.

ROUTES:

1. Maras town - Salineras

Transportation on mini bus to Maras, the rest of the descending is in bicycle arriving at Pichingoto where the bus waits for us. 17 kilometers

2. Moray - Maras town - Salineras.

We will go on mini bus and the rest of the way by biking across the site that crosses an extension of approximately 28 kilometers

3. Yucay - Chinchero . Yucay.

We have 2 routes depending on the information level, physic level and the interest in the landscapes. They are:

a. Transportation on mini bus that goes to Chinchero, descending through the Urquillos fissure, we will go forward to Huicho town and Huayllabamba. 27 kilometers.

b. Transportation on mini bus that goes to Chinchero then we will descend to Huaypo lake, located in Cruzpata, Ttiobamba Sanctuary, Salineras, Urubamba y Yucay. 46 kilometers.

4. Yucay - Pisac - Yucay

Transportation on mini bus to Pisac ruins. The return is in bicycle. We will stop at he handycrafts market in Pisac. The rout is 69 km, aproximately.

It includes:

· Private touristic transportation (round trip) The bus will stay there until the pickup time.
· Mountain bikes (gloves and helms included).
· Tools box.
· Professional bilingual guide.
· First aids kit.
· Tickets to Moray and Salineras (the passenger has to carry their own tourist ticket BTG)
· Box lunch (Only for the A, B and C routes).
· Bottles of water.

It doesn´t include:

· Tips and other expenses.
· Tickets to archeological rests.
· Other not written services.
