Festival de los Negritos de Vicco 
Place: Vicco – Pasco

Activities
- Mass and procession in honor to Jesus Child
- Worship to Jesus Child
- Presentation of groups of the “negritos”
- Dance of fraternity

January 5

Iquitos Foundation
Where: Maynas Province, district of Iquitos. Loreto

It is an allegoric celebration with civil parades and feasts where the whole populations participate.

January 18

Anniversary of Lima Foundation
Where: Lima

There are civil-cultural activities, outstanding the “pasacalles”, serenades and fireworks, among others.

January 20

Ch'iaraje
Canas Province, district of Yanaoca (comunidad de Checa) .
Where: Cusco

Activities
There is a ritual fight among inhabitants from Checa and Quehue, who fight in a warrior play for favoring the land fertility. The winner community is which occupies longer land. The men armed with slings, whips and sticks, wear vest adorned with flowers.
The women help to look after the horses, recollect stones, and encourage them singing.

Feast of the “Niño Dulce Nombre de Jesús o " Niño Perdido"
Where: Huancavelica province, district of Huancavelica. Huancavelica

It remembers when Jesus parents were looking for him and was found inside the temple with the Doctors of Law.

The celebration includes songs and different dances, and lasts four days.
The contests of Negritos dancers is the most outstanding activity that develops in the main streets of the city.

Festival of the Marinera    
Where: La Libertad Region

The National Contest of Marinera, one of the most elegant dances in couple of Peru, takes place in the Mansiche of Trujillo coliseum. There are different categories and choreographic styles. Both dancers move handing a white handkerchief and make some peculiar steps. He wears a poncho and a hat, as horseman of Peruvian Paso, and she wears a beautiful typical regional costume.

- Corso of friendship.
- Contest of sand sculptures.
- Miss Peru Election at Pacific Beach

Festivity in honor to”niño dulce nombre de Jesús” and “el niño perdido” 
Where: Huancavelica – Huancavelica

- Arrival of the negritos and walking the main streets of the city.
- Procession in honor to Niño Dulce.
- Dancing of the negritos on the atrium of Santo Domingo church.

Feast of San Sebastian Pago a la Pachamama
Where: Amantan – Puno

Activities
- Payment to the land
- Mass
- Presentation of autochthonous dances
- Reception and end of festivity.

Feast of Belenita Virgin
Where: Huaraz – Huaraz-Áncash
Activities: 
- Veneration to Belenita Virgin
- Folk dances.
- Festival of typical food.
- Night festival and procession.

Festivity in Honor to San Fabián and San Sebastian 
Where: Yauyos – Jauja-Junín
Activities:
- Competition of de Peruvian Paso Horses
- Festival of the tunantada (typical dance)
- Festival of typical dishes and drinks
