I am hoping this could help other people and maybe I could get a contact email with the Restaurant El Truco, because I can not get this contact, I went there in Cusco, used my Visa card to pay the bill, I told them I wouldn´t use it for tips, and gave them Cash as a tip, they have charged me twice for the meal, once when I was there and the second bill, a different/higher amount after I left Cusco. I am trying to get help from my Bank, I can not get in contact with the Restaurant.
This is too stressful.
